The challenges (more or less, some unique to the person):
- 50 push-ups, no rest
- 2 minute plank
- 100 sit-ups in 4 minutes, feet flat on floor
- Beat the Bacon. Manitou Incline within 54:02, Kevin Bacon's time
- Summit 6 12'ers
- 2 Green Mountains in one calendar day
- 10 calendar days no smoking
- 50K of organized races in less than 5 hours
- 1,500 miles running / hiking and 500 miles biking, not stationary (was when date was June 30th)
- Sub 7-minute mile
This started September 1st so a little behind...and yes, this will be a very narcissistic blog...
